Happy New Year

Hello everyone,
Before we all head out, or stay in, or do whatever you're doing to ring in the New Year, I just thought the time had come to upload my last post of the year. Never in a million years did I EVER imagine I'd have gotten so many lovely comments about my blog. I just wanted to say a massive THANK YOU, to everyone who ever read my blog or even passed me on a comment, it means so much and hopefully onwards and upwards for 2015.
I've always had an amazing feeling about the year 2015, so I'm just hoping it will live up to my expectations and I cannot wait for it to begin.
I'll be bringing in the year sick, but with a Chinese, a glass of wine and my best friends. I personally cannot think of anything better.
A massive happy new year to all my readers, I wish you all the best and all the luck in the world for 2015
I hope you will still keep up with my blog in the new year, I've some very exciting things lined up so keep an eye out.
Cheers to a new year and another chance for us to get it right. ~Oprah Winfrey
We will open the book. Its pages are blank. We are going to put words on them ourselves. The book is called Opportunity and its first chapter is New Year's Day. ~Edith Lovejoy Pierce

My Goals For 2015

I've never actually stuck to my new year resolutions, that being said, I never actually made any.
I'm not really into this 'new year, new me' craic but that being said I've always been obsessed with making To-Do lists, every trip I make (even if it's only up to Limerick for the day) there's a list made with what needs to be done.
So this morning whilst speaking to my friend Leanne I started listing off things I wanted to achieve this time next year, nothing drastic but I think when you actually have a goal you're working towards, life gets easier and you're a lot more motivated.

  • This year, my biggest goal for my blog was to reach 15,000 hits and I've surpassed that and I'm now on over 19,000 hits which is incredible. My target for this time next is is 30,000 hits.
  • I'm going to buy my own domain, which means instead of my blog being (.blogspot.com) it will just be .com, to be honest, I didn't even know what a domain was, but now I do and it's a huge 'must do' for 2015.
I want to update my header and logo for the blog, and I'm actually currently in the process at the moment and I'm very excited. Only my close friends know what I have in mind, but trust me.. It really will be a little piece of life... through my eyes!!

My personal goals for 2015 are a little different, a little silly and a tad bit crazy if I'm being honest.
  • My main mission this year is to pass my theory test, something I've been trying to do with three years now and 2015 will be the year I complete it. Most of my friends have it done now so this year, it's my turn!! I got my first ever driving lesson in 2014, and ehm lets just say I'm not a natural at driving but 2015... I'll even master a hill start...maybe.
  • One thing I plan on teaching myself this year is how to whisper. I cannot whisper, I think I'm whispering but in reality I'm talking like a normal person, it's ridiculous. I also plan on getting a bit quieter, I've been told I'm quite loud so this year, I'm going to try reduce my screaming when I talk and actually talk like a normal person.
  • I can't believe I'm going to say this, but I admit I can be a bit of a sore loser. So this year I'm going to keep my calm. If we're playing a game of poker and the lads are cheating and I don't win, then that's fine. I won't get angry, I won't shout, I'll just accept it and play on... HA!!! good joke, I never lose ;)
  • I'm going to make sure that Halloween 2015 will be THE BEST Halloween in the history of Halloween. Meaning the minute August is gone, I'll be planning my Halloween party.
  • It's a mission that I see my uncle Vincent this year, he's my most favourite person on the planet (and I see him as the older, grumpier male version of me) Since moving across the world and settling in Canada I haven't seen him in two years now, so 2015... I WILL see him again.
  • One of the most embarrassing things about myself is that I cannot use a knife. It's a struggle for me, so this year I will master the act of the knife.

Obviously, there's many more small goals I want to achieve throughout the year, especially going to college, taking my vitamins every day, and trying new things.
I want to learn to bake again, and not even turn anything green. I'm going to master the act of brownies and cookies, as well as making my own college student cookbook, I know.. full of ideas.
Wishing you the best for 2015...

10 Things I've Been Obsessed With In 2014

Charlotte Crosby's Lips: I've been mesmerised with Geordie Shore star Charlotte Crosby and since she recently got her 'new lips' I'm even more mesmerised with her. They look fantastic and I'm actually in love.
Since I have basically no lips, I looked into every single possible thing to make lips more 'plumped' and without needles, because well, that's not going to happen(biggest fear of needles EVER). I found Sally Hanson lip inflation gloss the best for plumping my lips, but as for one of my biggest obsessions this year..
Charlotte's lips!!

Space: 2014 saw my obsession with space go to a new level. Many of my friends knew about my obsession with space but this year I became crazily obsessed.
I follow almost every astronaut there is as well as being on the Nasa website more than any nineteen year old should, I know the ins and out of rockets and lift offs now. I even researched becoming an astronaut, if I get a science degree and become an American citizen I could certify.. good to know.
If you're also interested in space I'd recommend you follow a young lady called Astronaut Abby. A seventeen year old aspiring astronaut and has plans to be on the first voyage to Mars. Her story is incredible and if you're interested in space I'd highly recommend reading her story :) http://astronautabby.com/

Wedding Planning: I went crazy on the wedding planning this year, CRAZY!!! I mean as in I'm actually in the process of planning my wedding, and no I'm not even engaged, actually as far from it as you can get, but that doesn't stop me, I'm in full planning mode, I have the dress, the venue, the bridesmaid dresses, the only thing missing is the groom.. I haven't decided on him yet!!
My whole camera roll looks like this...
Crime Shows: It's a weird one, but it's the truth. I'm obsessed with criminal shows, 24 hours to kill, Criminal Minds, NCIS LA and my personal fave Hawaii Five-O (for obvious reasons) but I'm after getting so obsessed with these shows that I'm 99.9% sure I could kill someone, and get away wit it.. fair warning.
Hawaii Five O- Alex O'Loughlin
Instagram: I never thought of Instagram as anything other than another app up until this year when I actually really fell in love with it. It's like your very own personal scrapbook that you can look at anytime you wish. It's easily my most favourite app, and be sure to follow me :)
http://instagram.com/henners_l/
Blogging: I've had the blog for over two years now and I've never took it as serious as I have this year,
and quite frankly I couldn't imagine my life without Little Piece Of Lynda... It was the best decision I've ever made and I'd recommend it to everyone. If you enjoy writing and have a passion about something, make a blog!! I promise you it's worth it. I don't see my blog as a way of making money or getting my name out there, I see it as like instagram my own little scrapbook, that one day when I'm in my sixties I can sit down and look back on my useless ramblings as a teenager, and if you do decided to write your own blog be sure to send me on the links!!
White nails:  This year, I became obsessed with white nail polish. Ever since I saw model Cara Delevingne rocking the white nail look I loved it and had to try it. I love how they look, especially in the summer. They're bold and stand out, yet never OTT. My favourite trend of the year, without a doubt!! (even though I'm also digging yellow nail polish) I use the Rita Ora nail polish collection, in white.
It takes 60 seconds to dry (so it says, but realistically takes about 3 minutes) and you need two coats to get a deep white. It's the best nail polish I've ever come across.
Queen Iggy: This year I fell in LOVE with Australian rapper Iggy Azalea. Iggy represents everything I love about life. She's a strong independent woman who never gave up, worked hard and never backs down. Queen Iggy has been in the wars with many celebrities who have done nothing but tried to drag her down, but she never backs down, never insulting anyone just defending herself. Absolute hero.
For me she's the ultimate girl power.. you go Azalea!!

The News: I never liked the news, never kept up to date with it, it bored me to tears and just wasn't something I had an interest in. I never read papers, I never knew what would be going on in the country, until I started writing for the Liberal. It's my job to keep up to date with all the current affairs and the top news stories in the world and I actually learned to enjoy it.
Even on my days off, I'm following the news, I'm reading into what's going on and I actually feel much more educated since getting involved.
Personally, I feel like I'm more equipped to hold a conversation with people when they start discussing politics and feel like I can actually give a valid opinion.
My first article with The Liberal
The Wolf Of Wall Street: Finally, the last thing I've become obsessed with is the hit Leonardo diCaprio film 'The Wolf Of Wall Street' which I already wrote about:  http://littlepieceoflynda.blogspot.ie/2014/12/the-wolf-of-wall-street.html I became obsessed with this film after my first time seeing it, it amazes me.
It's such an empowering story about what money can do to people, and how having too much can destroy a person. As well as that it also shows that with some ambition and drive you can turn nothing into something extremely successful.. and Leo is in it, enough said...

Goodbye 2014

Since it was December I was starting to think about this post, the 2014 my life review post that bores everyone to tears but my favourite post to write. I've never thought so long and hard about a post in my life, there's been some highs and with that some very low, lows but I think 2014 is one of those years that I will never forget (or ever be allowed to live down)
Without revealing too much and getting myself grounded, 2014 has honestly been one of the weirdest, most eventful, EMBARRASSING years of my life and a year I'm quite honestly looking forward to putting behind me.  There's been nights out (too many if you ask me), nights in, graduation, the leaving cert, the results, the curling myself into a ball when I realised I had to repeat, the debs, the sessions, the opportunities, the rugby players and of course the friends.
The Friendship: 2014 has taught me so much about friendship that I can't even begin to explain it to you. Starting the year with seeing at least sixty friends everyday to seeing none most days was awful, I've lost some of the people I'd have considered best friends, most friends because of college and others because, well that's life but with that I think it's safe to say I'm blessed with the idiots I'm friends with and I've the greatest bunch of friends in the world, who I adore equally in different ways (even if one of them lives up a big ugly hill in Cork so I rarely see her.. bloody hill)
#wheresaisling??!!
The Education:
As many people know 2014 was the year I completed my leaving cert and the time had FINALLY come for me to pack my bags and head to UL. I couldn't wait, since fourth year all I wanted was journalism in UL. Long story short I became a leaving cert repeater and UL Rag Week 2015 became UL Rag Week 2016. To say I was distraught was an understatement, but life goes on and low and behold it all worked out for the best. Not being in school gave me time to focus on my blog, it also allowed me to begin working with online news website 'The Liberal' and my favourite blog 'The Secret Obsession' two amazing opportunities I didn't even dream would be possible for someone like me (I suppose it's really showing that you don't have to have your masters degree at a young age for doors to open up for you, as some might say.. )
Graduating from school was also a highlight, I never thought I'd say this but I do miss the place, but it's definitely the people I miss not the learning, although life isn't the same without my maths and Irish teacher!! (They were ledge!!)
For 2015, I'll still be writing regularly on my blog, as well as The Liberal and TSO but with a lot more study involved and then finally 2015 will be the year I'll be heading to college.
Everything happens for a reason :)
sixth year maths class
The Rugby:
A year without rugby is just, there's no excuses for it and even though I wasn't as seriously dedicated to the Munster lads this year I couldn't go without mentioning them!!
With Conor Murray being booted up as the World's best Scrum Half, I think I was the proudest fan on the planet, however on the other hand my other favourite player Mike Sherry was still out injured, so a few mixed emotions there.A big 2014 highlight for me was meeting Mike Sherry in the bus station with my friend Carrie. We were in Limerick for the day doing some retail therapy before the leaving cert before sitting in the bus station waiting to go home.
I looked dreadful so asked Carrie 'will I go fix my hair?' 'no Lynda, why would you no one here knows you' seconds before a man stops in front of us saying hello.. yes you guessed it, it was Mike Sherry, that was a good day, and of course there was the craic with Murray, hello we touched pinkys!! One fifth of the way to holding hands...
The Celebrities:
Iggy Azalea: One of my biggest celebrity highlights of the year was when Australian rapper Iggy Azalea tweeted me saying 'hey lynda' I know, I know it's not a huge deal but to me Iggy is queen so I couldn't believe it when I got this tweet.
Aswell as the Azalea 2014 allowed me to get in touch with some of my heroes, I got to interview amazing people like Holly Carpenter, Lisa Cannon,Madeline Mulqueen as well as my idol MTV presenter Laura Whitmore, still pinching myself!! The fact my first ever interview was with someone as big as Laura is still unbelievable to me, but I'm grateful to everyone who's helped me out throughout the year. The one thing I learned from meeting these 'famous' people is something Laura actually told me herself and that is that 'we're all people' even Kings Of Leon, I know it's common sense but sometimes we forge. We're all just people all the same.. well, except Conor Murray obviously, he's god!!
I also got to meet LLOYD DANIELS this year, which is CRAZY!!! You cannot begin to understand how obsessed I was with him so meeting him, oh yes it was a highlight!!

The best/worst night of my life:

One of the biggest highlights of my year/life was finally getting to see my most favourite band 'Kings Of Leon' in Dublin. It was the most amazing concert I'd ever been too and something I will never forget, being right up at the railings, being in the same radius as Caleb Followill, it was a dream come true!! (Until of course we got lost in Dublin in the middle of the night)

The debutante ball:
Finally, the debs were here. After years of dreaming about how special and incredibly amazing the night would be, it was crap. No offence but I've had better nights in watching Corrie, no I'm only joking it was a good laugh and I look back on it with the fondest of memories.
I've never had so much drama surrounding one night in my life, I went through three dresses before finding the one I liked, and now looking back I hated the dress.
One thing the debs did teach me though is to not stress about things, you can stress yourself out so much that you lose the fun of it and that's something I need to keep reminding myself. I remember texting my debs partner in a state because my corsage was ugly... ugly like, and where is it now??...god knows!!!
It taught me to just live in the moment, and enjoy every second!!

The Memories, aka the everything else that had no title:
This section is my favourite to write about because it's the events that happened here that have made me who I am today, and the best part of it is that I can't even tell you what they are!!!! hahahahahahaha No I'm only joking, obviously like everyone else on this planet I've made mistakes this year and some that I've no doubt my friends will hold over me for the rest of my life (as long as my children never hear it's fine) but even though some things can hurt you badly at the time, you just pick yourself up, dust off the mud and go keep going!! :)                                   '' In three words I can sum up everything I've learned about life - It goes on'' -Robert Frost
On a more lighter note, Mursher turned the big '2' in October this year, I even plucked up the courage to tell Mike and Conor about her cringy name... well Mike likes it!!
I passed maths!! That's probably the biggest shock of the year and as well as all that I stepped into my last year of teenage hood and in August I'll be 20!!!!
But at the end of the day, this is how I look back on 2014:
Happy New Year Everyone!! :)

Man Crush Monday (part 3)

Like always, I wouldn't let you suffer on a Monday morning so here it is, the highlight of my Monday...My man Crush Monday!!!
Today's man crush has to be the gorgeous Calvin Harris... Calvin is a Scottish DJ and has quickly became one of the biggest stars on the planet and HE'S SINGLE!! (since breaking up with Rita Ora) apart from that I couldn't tell you much else about him. Well apart from the fact he's fantastic looking giant with big green eyes.
I've loved Calvin since literally forever, even with his long black floppy hair!!His music has always been A1 and he's ultimately my favourite male recording artist of all time.
So here he is, MR.Calvin Harris..

My 2014 Most Played

I can't really say I have a specific taste in music, if you had to make me pick a type I'm probably an Indi/Rock girl but at that throw in a bit of aggressive rap and you have me summed up in one. Basically music is a massive part of my life and something I couldn't go a day without listening to, although I'd listen to any type of music, I tend to listen to the same songs.. A LOT
So I've decided to make my own playlist.. not songs made in 2014, but the songs I've mainly listened to throughout 2014.. Hope you enjoy!! ✌️

My Christmas Nightmare

What's the worst possible thing that can happen on Christmas?.. think about this now, the WORST thing to happen??... Yes!! that's right the oven breaking, and that's exactly what happened in this household yesterday.
Every Christmas morning the family come over and there's heaps of Chicken nuggets for us to devour, the oven worked perfectly and the 23,000 nuggets were perfect, everyone left to have their own dinner around 3pm, so after a quick clean up it was time to cook the dinner.
It wasn't until the turkey was in with about 45 minutes before mam decided to check on it, and low and behold the oven was still cold.... well I never.
We're only lucky we've the grill so mam decided to cook the carrots, roasties and turkey in there, finally we were back on track and nothing could go wrong.... long story short, they were cremated. DISASTER!!! (Especially since roast carrots are my favourite part of the dinner)...  Even though the dinner was pear shaped it was a great Christmas day, and I really liked it.
I even managed to sneak this picture when my mam wasn't looking.. I'm cooking for my best friend today so we'll see how this one goes..
Anyway, this post isn't just to embarrass my mother, it's also to guilt trip my uncle Vincent in Canada...It may take him 9.5 hours to make the dinner but, as horrible as it is to admit, it's worth it.
Vincent, COME HOME!!! (to cook next year's Christmas dinner... then you're no use to me)

The Tractors Of Carrick On Suir

In a recent post I wrote about the Christmas tractor parade going through Carrick On Suir on the 22nd of December, and here is a follow up of that post.
The parade was a huge success and a magical experience for the whole town, I was actually in the middle of getting my hair done when the parade started, but that didn't stop me.. I was out with my cape around me and half dyed hair, as well as everyone else in the salon.. you just really couldn't miss it.
It was absolutely fantastic, and well done to everyone involved.
Video via @youtube:not my own.
If you missed my last post on Christmas in Carrick you can check it out here:
It's actually my most read post EVER, so thanks so much everyone :)
I also got to cover this story with the Liberal which you can check out here: http://theliberal.ie/the-christmas-tractors-of-carrick-on-suir/
Hope you all had a fantastic Christmas!!♥✌️

Twas The Night...

Every Christmas Eve I have to read the incredible story 'Twas the Night Before Christmas'. It's just the tradition I have, I still have my pop up edition of the book from my baby years, but now that I'm older, and wiser and books are out of fashion I have a teddy bear who actually reads the story for me, yes he actually reads the whole story out loud for me...
Anyway,
since it's Christmas eve, I've decided to throw up this classic which I know most people know anyway, but it's just one more little bit of magic before Santa's on his way!!

'Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the house
Not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse;
The stockings were hung by the chimney with care,
In hopes that St Nicholas soon would be there;
The children were nestled all snug in their beds,
While visions of sugar-plums danced in their heads;
And mamma in her ‘kerchief, and I in my cap,
Had just settled our brains for a long winter’s nap,
When out on the lawn there arose such a clatter,
I sprang from the bed to see what was the matter.
Away to the window I flew like a flash,
Tore open the shutters and threw up the sash.
The moon on the breast of the new-fallen snow
Gave the lustre of mid-day to objects below,
When, what to my wondering eyes should appear,
But a miniature sleigh, and eight tinny reindeer,
With a little old driver, so lively and quick,
I knew in a moment it must be St Nick.
More rapid than eagles his coursers they came,
And he whistled, and shouted, and called them by name;
‘Now Dasher! now, Dancer! now, Prancer and Vixen!
On, Comet! On, Cupid! on, on Donner and Blitzen!
To the top of the porch! to the top of the wall!
Now dash away! dash away! dash away all!’
As dry leaves that before the wild hurricane fly,
When they meet with an obstacle, mount to the sky;
So up to the house-top the coursers they flew,
With the sleigh full of Toys, and St Nicholas too.
And then, in a twinkling, I heard on the roof
The prancing and pawing of each little hoof.
As I drew in my head, and was turning around,
Down the chimney St Nicholas came with a bound,
He was dressed all in fur, from his head to his foot,
and his clothes were all tarnished with ashes and soot.
A bundle of Toys he had flung on his back,
And he looked like a peddler, just opening his pack.
His eyes-how they twinkled! his dimples how merry!
His cheeks were like roses, his nose like a cherry!
His droll little mouth was drawn up like a bow,
And the beard of his chin was as white as the snow;
The stump of a pipe he held tight in his teeth,
and the smoke it encircled his head like a wreath;
He had a broad face and a little round belly,
That shook when he laughed, like a bowlful of jelly.
He was chubby and plump, a right jolly old elf,
and I laughed when I saw him, in spite of myself;
A wink of his eye and a twist of his head,
Soon gave me to know I had nothing to dread.
He spoke not a word, but went straight to his work,
and filled all the stockings; then turned with a jerk,
and laying his finger aside of his nose,
and giving a nod, up the chimney he rose;
He sprang to his sleigh, to his team gave a whistle,
and away they all flew like the down of a thistle.
But I heard him exclaim, ‘ere he drove out of sight,
‘Merry Christmas to all, and to all a good-night.
I hope you and all your families have a very merry Christmas...

Christmas Eve

It's finally here, my second favourite day of the whole entire year and I'm already after wearing myself out, up since 6am. Doing what you might ask?-CLEANING!!!! (Also to tire myself out so I can be in bed early for Santa but that's another story) and there's still so much more to do.
There's mince pies to bake, the last minute presents I still have to buy, the last minute run to Supervalu and of course mass still to come, and guess what, I can't wait.
I'm keeping this one brief but I just want to wish everyone and their families a VERY Merry Christmas, and a happy New Year!!
MERRY CHRISTMAS

Christmas In Carrick On Suir...

 days to go!!

For those of you who don't know about Carrick On Suir, it's a small town in the South Tipperary (Ireland) and the place I call my home. I won't lie to you and say it was always a great place to grow up in, but the older you get and the more you visit busy cities you begin to appreciate the small town with one main street where you're not immune to dodging between speeding cars, or motorcycles or garda cars..not that they really leave the station anyway but, none the less I've been to many cities over the Christmas period and none of them have a trace on my little town, okay okay.. some of the lights beat Carrick, but shur look we can't have it all.
The Carrick Beg Christmas Tree.
There are many reasons why I love Carrick this time of the year, mainly for the traditions me and my friends have, there's the annual trip for hot chocolate, no Starbucks for us, Abbey stores does the job. There's also the Carrick Beg Christmas tree that has been centre stage to many of our photographs throughout the year.  Not to mention when we're blessed to have snow during the winter. I've nothing but the best of memories of the gang from the avenue heading up farmer Weileans hill to slide back down, whether we intended coming down on our backsides or not... it was going to happen. And of course  our annual Christmas Eve trip up the main street for lunch and last minute present shopping (because the girls are always so unorganised (Okay, I admit, it's always me with the last minute shopping to the pound shop) but none the less a Christmas tradition we can't forget, and nothing tops it off more than when you hear jingle bell rock blaring out of the speakers, again, and again... and again...
Myself and my best friend Aisling, Christmas Eve 2013.
There are many other reasons why I think Carrick is so special this time of year. One in particular is the facebook group 'Things I miss about Carrick On Suir' -Set up in Nov 2013, by the coolest priest since Father Ted.
The main reason why I love this page is because it allows people who have left the town to feel like they are still connect to home at Christmas time, and share their own Christmas message. It really is something that makes Carrick so special and unique.
Another thing is our annual toy mass for the local Vincent De Paul. This is the most magical mass you could go too. I've been going for as long as I can remember and it's one my Christmas highlights. It's a special mass because you bring a gift for a child and the VDP then send it too less fortunate children.
It's probably one of the only things that shows the true meaning of Christmas, giving rather than receiving, it is magical. Not to mention that special man that arrives on his sleigh every year at the end of the mass.
We also have the remembrance tree outside the theatre which is in aid of the South Tipp Hospice, something very close to my heart and to have that on front display driving across the bridge.... magical.
I could go on and on, but I'm a teenager so I'm supposed to rebel against where I'm from, but there is something really magical this year happening in Carrick which I'm beyond excited for... everyone knows the coca- cola Christmas truck?... well obviously that isn't going to ever come through Carrick, so what do they do??
The most Carrick thing anyone could think of, bring through a load of lit up tractors!  One night, ten tractors and over 5,000 lights!!!!
I can't even.........
Then to top off the night,  3/4 of the population will bring in Christmas Eve together by doing the 12 pubs. Where else would you want to be for Christmas??... It may have took my nineteen years, but I'm finally able to say I'm proud of my little town.♥
(This being said I'm going out here Tuesday night so all could change by then... haha)

Tiz The Season...

The countdown has officially begun and I'm finally ready to bring in the Christmas cheer on Little Piece Of Lynda..
I know, took long enough but for me, it isn't Christmas until the presents are wrapped, the Christmas CD is in full swing and most importantly I've watched the trilogy of 'The Santa Clause' and 'Christmas With The Kranks' six times over but now that all the important stuff is done, I can finally bring myself to embrace that magical spirit.
This weekend I'm putting in some serious festive baking time so obviously with that I'll need some music, so with that I've put together my all time favourite Christmas tunes!!
Hope you enjoy, and trust me there is no Michael Bubble (yes, I did say bubble) in sight)

5. Chris Rea- Driving home for Christmas.
4. Dean Martin- Let it snow.
3. The Raveonettes-The Christmas Song.

Man Crush Monday (week 2)

It's that time again, that horrible, disgusting, painful, upsetting, miserable, dirty day that is Monday, but I'm here to make it better (okay, this week my #mcm is mainly to benefit myself) but it goes to Munster rugby player Mike Sherry

Mike is the hooker for Munster, but unfortunately due to a injury has not played a match with over a year. I personally think Mike is unreal and he definitely deserves this man crush Monday.
Mike is without a doubt the nicest man I've EVER met, so nice in fact I've even called my dog after him (and Conor Murray, her name is Mursher..yes I know.. I've met Mike so many times that now I almost see him as a friend (no, actually I take that back. This post would be very weird if it was about a friend) but still he's ridiculously sound.
Not to mention, Mike gives THE BEST hugs in the world...
trust me, if you ever see Mike you need to ask him for a hug. Just say Lynda sent me, he'll understand.
From all this, you have to agree with me that he deserves the title of 'man crush monday'... he's without a doubt my favourite rugby player EVER!!
You can follow Mike on twitter @mikesherry24 and even on that he's so sound!!
Happy Monday Everyone...
